バラ祭りでは、場内を走るクラッシックタクシーや船舶にバラの装飾を施すデザインで施工しました。バラの装飾は、とても簡単なデコレーションに見えるのですが、装飾工事 の中でもベスト3に入るぐらい大変な作業でした。装飾にあたり車両・船舶に傷を付けてはいけない条件でしたので、両面テープでの固定で当初考えていました。サンプルを作り実験した結果。振動や湿気で粘着力が弱り脱落する事が判明しました。 その後、両面テープの性能確認をするため、様々な種類の粘着テープで実験したり、装飾物のベースプレートの形状を変更してみたり、取付けステー金物を特注で設計し製作してみたり、 実験に実験を重ね、何とか期日内に走行中の振動・強風・湿気にも耐える取付を方法を見つけ出す事ができました。装飾デザインは、実際の環境に置いた時、どのような事態が起こり うるか?経験値が少し上がったような気がします。

At the rose festival, we constructed a design that gives a rose decoration to classical taxis and ships on the ground. The rose decoration looks like a very simple decoration, but it was a hard work to get into the best 3 among the decorative works. Because it was a condition not to scratch the vehicle / ship upon decoration, I was originally thinking with fixation with double-sided tape. Results of making samples and experimenting. It turned out that the adhesion weakens due to vibration and moisture. After that, in order to check the performance of double-sided tape, try experimenting with various types of adhesive tape, try changing the shape of the base plate of the decorative object, try custom designed and manufactured the mounting stay hardware, I finally managed to find a way to install it to withstand vibrations, strong winds and moisture while driving within the deadline. What kind of situation can happen when decorative design is put in actual environment? I feel that experience value has gotten a little.
