アミューズメント施設の冬季シーズンフラッグデザインです。この他に春・夏・秋・クリスマス等のフラッグデザインを製作まで請負いました。フラッグの生地素材にはテトロン系・ポリエステル系・木綿系などあり、織り方や糸密度によっても 細かく分類され、それぞれに長所と短所があります。また、印刷手法もダイレクト出力・転写出力・シルク印刷・染めなど様々な印刷方法があり、これも長所と短所があります。フラッグデザインは、環境・コスト・数量をふまえて選択から始めます。 今回選択は、ナイロン系トロピカル生地を選択しました。この生地は色の裏抜けがあり、片面印刷でも旗として使用できます。薄地でしなやかな生地は、デザイン的に見栄えの良いフラッグになります。ただし生地はそれほど強くはないので周囲は 2重折り返しのダブルステッチで補強縫製しました。トロピカル生地の裏面の透過率は70〜80％程度なので、デザイン原稿のカラーは少し強めに出し昇華転写印刷しました。旗のデザインも色々な知識のが必要です。

For this selection, we selected a nylon tropical fabric. This cloth has a strike through of color, and it can be used as a flag even in single-sided printing. A thin and supple fabric makes it look good designing like a flag. However, since the fabric is not so strong,
We double reinforced sewing with double folded back stitches. Since the transmittance of the back side of the tropical fabric is about 70 to 80%, the color of the design original is raised a little strongly and sublimation transfer printing was done. Flag design also needs a variety of knowledge.
